Delivering resources to support your entire well-being has always been CarvanaFit's mission. While we are all on different personal journeys that influence our mental and emotional wellness, 2020 has been a difficult year with unique challenges that can weigh heavily on anyone. 


With that in mind, now more than ever, we can all invest a little extra love and attention into our emotional, mental, and holistic well-being. 

CarvanaFit, in partnership with M2 Well-Being, is excited to announce an opportunity to focus on your mental wellness from June 17th - July 15th with the Healthy Mind Series. This series will consist of 5 live, virtual workshops (offered on Wednesdays) & 4 live, virtual mindfulness classes (offered on Mondays).
