In partnership with M2 Well-Being, Town of Gilbert has offered mindfulness classes and workshops since 2018. 

We are all on different personal journeys that influence our mental and emotional wellness, so we work together to meet you where you are. Sometimes it's calm and connection in M2's unique mobile studio. Sometimes it's diving deeper in virtual workshops. We can all invest a little extra love and attention into our well-being.
