While we are all on different personal journeys that influence our mental and emotional wellness, 2020 has been a difficult year with unique challenges that can weigh heavily on anyone. 

 

Now more than ever, we can all invest a little extra love and attention into our emotional, mental, and holistic well-being. 

In partnership with M2 Well-Being, Town of Gilbert has offered monthly, group mindfulness classes since December, 2018. Now, we are pleased to share some "deep-dive" workshops plus practices online, and on demand too.
