HER CORNER HEALTHY MIND SERIES

We see you struggling. You aren’t alone.

There is no easy way to say it: this sucks. The business challenges suck. Uncertainty about kids and school sucks. Canceled plans suck. Not being able to effectively plan sucks.

And upcoming elections and tensions aren’t going to make anything any easier.

We want you to know you are not alone in feeling all of the emotions – rage, sadness, grief, frustration, even hopelessness. We see you struggling and we want you to know that we understand.

Her Corner, in partnership with M2 Well-Being, is excited to announce a Healthy Mind series, exclusively for Her Corner members, where we will create a safe space for you to focus on and practice skills that will support your emotional and mental health. Investing in your well-being is foundational for you to be able to show up for your business, your family and yourself.

The $129 Her Corner Healthy Mind series includes four, one-hour, live, virtual workshops:

Introduction to Mindfulness

Examine the foundations of mindfulness and the key qualities that can assist in identifying and managing emotions, triggers and traps. This workshop uses experiential exercises, guided mindfulness practice and interactive discussion to build greater emotional awareness and cultivate calm. Understanding and integrating mindfulness enhances personal, professional and community well-being.

Monday, August 3

11:00am- 12:00pm ET

Stress Less

Learn about the stress cycle, personal signs of stress and develop strategies to respond (versus react) more productively. This workshop uses experiential exercises, guided mindfulness practice and interactive discussion outlining ways to manage unskillful thought and behavior patterns; let things be and transform stress.

Monday, August 10

11:00am- 12:00pm ET

Resilience

Learn to build resilience in order to adapt in the face of challenge and adversity moving toward optimized performance. This workshop uses experiential exercises, guided mindfulness practice and interactive discussion. Understanding the depleting factors in our life and learning how we can mitigate their harmful effects assists in maximizing human potential.

Monday, August 17

11:00am- 12:00pm ET

Mindful Self-Compassion

Have you ever noticed the tendency to be kinder to others than to yourself?  You are not alone. We all have a built-in negativity bias and an inner critic that is often unsupportive of even our best efforts. This workshop uses experiential exercises, guided mindfulness practice and interactive discussion to cultivate inner acceptance and inner strength, toward a more supportive and kind relationship with oneself.

Monday, August 24

11:00am- 12:00pm ET

While we encourage you to attend live sessions for the richest opportunities for discussion and connection, we understand the need for flexibility. All classes will be recorded and available on demand for 4 weeks. A minimum of 15 committed participants is required for the series to run.

Make a commitment to your health and wellbeing!
