Mobile Mini Wellness Day
I was blown away by the curiosity that met us at Mobile Mini Wellness Day. We offered eight 10-minute classes, and they were all hopping-- in a still, quiet, mindful way. Two employees visited twice! The CEO tried a class. Bonus: I unexpectedly ran into a former workout buddy I hadn’t seen for a while.
