Choosing to meet people in person is a decision we made while navigating a thought-storm of concerns and doubt-- for safety and health, and perception and reputation too.
We spent a couple days at Swift Transportation for Driver Appreciation Week in September, and it felt important. Screen-free experiences of human connection can be hard to come by right now. The studio and intimate, personal interactions can make it easier for people to accept an invitation to discuss their mental well-being, and to discover and practice valuable tools. The next few blog posts are going to feature a few people we met, and how their studio experience impacted them.
We want to see and hear you too. Email Susan@M2wellbeing.com to discuss studio options, including COVID safety protocols.
