Tandem with Tater Tot
It’s not every day that I glance out the studio window to see a miniature horse walking by. But that’s just what happened at A.T. Still University. Mindful Monday included M2 and the opportunity to interact with Tater Tot (who was incredibly soft, by the way). Walk the Talk
Wellness AtoZ is an amazing, free resource of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. Their top-notch content and educational networking meetings help local employers improve employee well-being, and promote Arizona as a destination for healthy living. And since they are first in line to walk the talk, they decided to give mindfulness training a try. Mobile Mini Wellness Day
I was blown away by the curiosity that met us at Mobile Mini Wellness Day. We offered eight 10-minute classes, and they were all hopping-- in a still, quiet, mindful way. Two employees visited twice! Mesa Community College Wellness Day
Had an amazing day Mesa Community College. Lots of people dropped in, from first-time practitioners to retreat veterans. It was a great wellness event that also included a nature walk, yoga and rock wall, among other things. MCC is fortunate to have faculty who have worked consistently to make mindfulness part of the dental hygiene curriculum.
